The Country Store works to provide the best quality vendor items and designs possible. Should you need to return an item, please refer to our return policy below.

 

Thank you for shopping at The Country Store online store and retail location. If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

All sales are final due to the consignment nature of our business. However, we do offer exchanges on apparel sizes.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in unused condition and accompany the original packaging.

Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement or in the event that your item was a one of a kind, we will provide you with replacement options to choose from or a refund at your request. Refunds will be issued in the same manner of purchase within 7 business days, should a refund be requested.

Shipping:

Shipping or freight costs will be at the customers expense. Returns or exchanges are always welcome in person at our store in Tilton, NH only.
